SHIPPING & RETURNS
Every MAXXING order is fulfilled from our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Drops are limited — once a piece sells out, it's gone.
SHIPPING TIMES
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times exclude weekends, public holidays, and any customs delays.
SHIPPING COSTS
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and local taxes on arrival. These are paid by the recipient.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email contact@maxxing.global with your order number. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong piece. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.
EXCHANGES
Because each drop is limited, we don't offer direct exchanges. Return your piece for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want — while stock lasts.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact@maxxing.global within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.
